Located at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon, Theben Academy offers a professional yet welcoming environment for learning. The NSBRC is known for its commitment to innovation and education in the built environment, making it the perfect home for our training centre.
Our training is led by experienced KNX tutors and smart building professionals, and includes access to real-world demos, interactive displays, and hands-on product installations, giving you the skills to apply what you learn immediately on-site.

Advanced KNX Certification Course July 2026
Our next KNX accredited course is the KNX Advanced Certification Course – Running in July 2026
Build on your KNX Partner knowledge with advanced, hands-on training from Theben Academy.
This five-day course covers key topics including topology, KNX Secure, DALI, logic, HVAC, visualisation and diagnostics. It is designed to help installers and integrators deliver more complex KNX projects with confidence.
Delivered at our UK training centre in Swindon, the course leads to the official KNX Advanced Certificate.
A prerequisite for this course is completion of the KNX Basic Course.

This July we’re running three back-to-back Theben KNX training days at the NSBRC in Swindon, delivered by our in-house trainer Stephen Staudt. These sessions focus on real applications – Heating, HVAC & shading, and Lighting (including DALI) – using Theben’s KNX product range.
15–17 July (book one day or all three)
Max 6 students per day
£100 refundable booking fee per day (refunded on completion)
