The LUXA 103 S360-101/12 AP WH is a versatile surface-mounted PIR presence detector designed for smart, energy-efficient building control. It features 1 channel for light (relay 230 V) and 1 channel for presence (potential-free relay for HVAC control), making it ideal for both lighting and climate management.

With a 360° circular detection area up to 12 m (113 m²), the sensor ensures reliable coverage for offices, meeting rooms, and open spaces. It supports parallel switching of up to 8 detectors, integration with wall detectors, and manual push-button control.

The unit operates in fully or semi-automatic modes, with advanced functions like teach-in, test, pulse, and staircase lighting. Settings can be easily adjusted using potentiometers or optional theSenda remote controls.
